A client had their house tested for radon prior to purchase. Even though the numbers were below "expectable levels" according to the EPA. The client knew there is no safe level of radon.  He wanted to make sure that he did all he could to protect his family and keep them healthy. We installed a radon mitigation system in the basement utility closet to provide peace of mind and minimal intrusion to their new home.

The client reached out to us to replace his 25 year old fan that stopped working. We were able to assist with his issue and had the fan replaced in a matter of hours. The client was happy and relieved knowing that his home was once again safe from the affects of radon gas.

Another radon system upgrade completed! We replaced the exterior weatherproof box, added a dedicated safety switch, and cleaned up the fan shutoff connection for a safer, more reliable setup.
