What Determines the Cost of Radon Mitigation?

• New or existing system: Replacing an existing fan is different from installing a new mitigation system.
• Radon levels: Radon test results help determine whether your home needs one extraction point or multiple points.
• Foundation type: Slabs, crawl spaces, and basements can require different installation approaches.
• Finished spaces: Finished basements may require additional planning to route the system.
• HOA requirements: A fan cover, muffler, or other components may be required by your HOA.
